Update
A surge during during the power related incident has damaged one of the network devices servicing this building. A DGtek field engineer is on-site currently working to replace the damaged equipment. ETR within next 4 hours.

The Building Manager has confirmed an issue with the power in the building. An electrician has been contacted and will be on-site ASAP. Further updates to be provided as they come to us.

Investigating
Engineers have observed network alarms at 22 Kavanagh Street, Southbank. This is causing some services to be offline. Engineers are now investigating the issue. Further updates will be given as soon as they are available.
