DGtek engineers will be performing a hardware upgrade to their network infrastructure at 1 Freshwater Place, Docklands which will impact customer connections.

This upgrade is to replace a switch to increase capacity on floors 16,17 and 18 allowing for more connections to be made on these floors.

Intermittent outages from 30-60 minutes may occur during this maintenance period.

Please leave your router connected and powered on during this maintenance.
